(Green Bay, Wis.) August 15, 2006 – Many organizations say they know what their customers want; however, research has shown that most do not. Understanding the value of customers is a key to success. David Yeghiaian, president and owner of Unique Business Solutions, will present a session called “Are You Listening to the Voice of Your Customers? Six Steps to Customer-Focus Marketing” at the September 13 Milwaukee AMA meeting.
Targeted toward leaders of all industries, Yeghiaian will share the six steps toward developing a customer-focused marketing strategy to truly understand customers. The interactive lunch meeting will teach participants how to understand customers’ needs and improve customer communications. The Voice of the Customer process will focus on listening to customers to maximize profitability and productivity.
The Milwaukee chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA) is holding this 12:00 p.m. meeting at The Four Points Sheraton, across from the airport, in Milwaukee.
